Pocket recognition
Automatic Pocket recognition on the piece and their classification by type (Open, Closed, Pass-through).
Pocket processing
The system enables detection of all necessary pocket parameters (processing level, pocket depth) and definition of the processing strategy and processing parameters.
Edge recognition and cutting
The system recognizes all the edges that need to be cut and allows the user to define the dimensions. It is possible to define the dimension of the edge and the diameter with which it will be cut.
Automatic edge processing
SolidCAM automatically generates a path for cutting the edge and avoids vertical surfaces, checks for possible collision of the tool and the tool holder with the workpiece.
Automatic hole recognition
Grouping of holes according to diameter and processing depth and processing with one tool. Ability to drill all holes/holes in one operation with one drilling tool.
